Bringing synergy to better data management and research in Europe

I have been creating the following Open Source repository to create a testing environment for Ansible projects for several Raspbian nodes, using docker.

I haven't been using open science practices as I'm not a researcher, but I hope to learn about it in this course and apply it in the future.

I work as a data scientist and use a lot of kaggle.com, a website to share code and learn machine learning techniques at the same time. Totally recommendable.

Although I am not a researcher in october I came across Zenodo, an OpenScience project developed by CERN that allows for Data, Code, Publications and more to be shared, curated and referenced. You can take a look at: https://zenodo.org/ https://github.com/zenodo/zenodo

I haven't used any of these practices since i am not a research, but i am sure that from now if i need will use them.

As I´ve never been a researcher I haven't been using open science practices but almost all of us have used an Open Source repository at least once.

I am not a researcher, but when I was working on my Final Degree Project, I used a lot of material of that kind, such as research papers. At that time, I did not pay attenttion to whether or not they belonged to an Open Science project, but the simple fact of having free access to all that material already proves how good the idea of Open Science is.
Finally, as another colleague has said, we have all used a Open Source repository at least once.

I have never used these practices because I'm not a researcher, but for academic work I have taken advantage of it
