In this section of the course you have learned about the various factors to consider when planning a training course.
You should now take some time now to complete the Training Analysis Form you downloaded earlier. You may wish to do this with colleagues. There is no set time limit but it should usually take around 30-45 minutes to complete.
Remember this information is to help you - there are no right or wrong answers. You may add to or refine the analysis as you develop your course.
